linear regurator lm723 วงจรนี้มีใช้มานานมากแล้ว แต่ก็ยังใช้ดีอยู ที่ขา2กับ3เป็นcurrent limite ถ้ามีไฟ0.6มันก็จะจ่ายกระแสลดลง ถ้าเราใช้R SENSE 0.1 OHM จะได้กระแส=0.6V/0.1=6A ถ้าเราทำใช้กับวิทยุสื่อสาร13.8vควรจะใส่วงจรป้องกันไฟเกินไว้ด้วย ในกรณีtrasister ช้อต ไฟ24vจะได้ไม่ไปทำลายวิทยุรับส่งเรา (ข้อดีของlinear reguratorคือจะมีการกวนค่อนข้างน้อย ข้อเสียคือ หม้อแปลงจะใหญ่และเวลาจ่ายกระแสสูง tr power regจะร้อนบ้าง)
