อาการกินกระแสสแตนบายเยอะ ไฟออกปกติ จากท่านที่ใช้นามในเฟส Jaran Panjanpan

ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นที่ได้รับ ใช้เฟส IRF640 (200V - 0.150ohm - 18A) มันทนไฟได้น้อยไปสำหรับสวิทชิ่ง ฮาฟบลิด มอสเฟสควรจะทดแรงดันได้อย่างน้อย 400V เป็นอย่างต่ำ แนะนำให้เปลี่ยนใช้ IRF740 (400V - 0.48 ohm - 10 A) และสำคัญมาก เหมือนผมจะไม่เห็น บูตรองหัวน็อตที่มอสเฟสทั้งสองตัว ถึงจะรองไมก้าแต่ไม่ใส่บูตรองก็เหมือนไม่มีแผ่นไม่ก้าครับ ถ้าจำไม่ผิดตัวถังมันคือขา D ลองแก้สองจุดนี้ดูครับ
