การซ่อมเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ขั้นแรกลองกดsw elb test ถ้าทำงานแสดงว่าจรจ่ายไฟชุดเล็กและวงจรelb ปกติ .ให้ลองวัดความต้านทานheater 10-15โอมห์ แล้วแต่กำลังวัตต์ วัดheaterต้องไม่ลงโครง วัดtemo studต้องต่อีงกัน จากนั้นลองวัดflow sw เป็นตัวเช็คว่ามีน้ำเข้าระบบ ปกติจะไม่ถึงกัน ถ้าน้าเข้าจะถึงกัน ทำให้วงจรขาgate ครบวงจร แต่เราเอามาเหล็กมาแปะ ให้วงจรswต่อได้โดยไม่ต้องต่อน้ำ จากน้ันเอาheaterออก1เส้น แล้วต่อหลอด100wแทนheater ป้อนไฟเข้า หลอดต้องสว่างและสามรถเพื่มหรือลดไฟได้ แสดงว่าวงจรควบคุมความร้อนปกติ ก็ต่อวงจรให้เหมือนเดิม ไปต่น้ำทดลองอีกที
